All Dongsung Tech products must satisfy ISO 9001 (2000) and KS A 9001 (2001) requirements. Dongsung Tech will also develop a quality-management system to achieve its quality objectives and continue to engage in quality-enhancement activities.

Furthermore, all Dongsung Tech employees are required to have a clear understanding of the company’s policy on quality and comply with it in full. Dongsung Tech will, in turn, make all its resources available to its employees to achieve customer satisfaction and corporate profitability through an efficient and proactive work environment.

Dongsung Tech will set quantified quality targets each year, designate a managing director as a management representative in charge of executing and enforcing its quality-assurance system, and bestow upon said person the rights and authority befitting said role.
